 	The reason for the delay is the auditor needs more time. They will have to prove this so lying is not reality. It’s not like the commission will just approve for the fun of it.
 	
 	It’s actually not a surprise. This Management constantly makes mistakes so they obviously didn’t leave enough time. Remember is the full year financials which take much longer to audit. There’s some crazy stuff being said on other boards. This is just a sign of unpreparedness. period. We already know this management is not prepared. Nothing new
