Not implying incompetence. But his track record of taking companies to the next level isn't good. Just Google him and then research all the companies he has been affiliated with. Very poor track record as far as business goes. But then if at first you don't succeed try try again. But it's rarely his money at risk. Yes he is doing what he can but most of seems like grasping at straws. Announcing a 10x increase in production of planets. 10x zero equals zero. That's where it stands. Focus on growing one. Then we can thing about a few move. There are a lot of desperate players in this game right now. All trying to get a piece of the pie. All those with out will be talking amongst each other looking for a crumb. Hire a spin doctor to market smoke. I'm just saying expect this to keep moving to the bottom it will either go there and die as nothing happens share price drops and the money runs out. Or a license will come and then he has to turn it into a real company. Most likely out side his skill set. Big boys will chew him up.
