Each application undergoes a detailed assessment and review, including in-depth security checks undertaken by the RCMP.” Gov’t Can............. Meaning, as soon as step 2 is done (any day), and construction starts, steps 3-6 are only a matter of time(4-6mnths). LP at grow area and security completion, SP (step 6) after first harvest and most likely testing of product.
lets be real here as well, I’m sure there are some politics being played to determine who gets licenses, in what order, and at strategic times throughout the year.
