RE:RE:On the conference call in DecInteresting comment El Joro. That would make sense going ahead.

I've just had an in-depth convo with the CEO of a company whose shares I have a large position in. They are also on the Venture and I think they would be better served on the TSX, and I've often suggested it to the CEO.

They are growing by acquisition and he explained to me that the threshold for the TSX for acquiring assets where the company needs shareholder approval is 20%, whereas on the Venture it is 50%, meaning they can acquire assets up to 50% of the value of the company without having to put it to shareholders for a vote, while on the Venture. On the TSX more acquisitions will have to be put to a vote in the early micro-cap stage of company development.

I would think that MRS would be of the same mind as this other company I am referencing.

Best,
El Joro
