Don't forget, Appian continues to maintain its 19.9 percent... it is not the number of shares but the percentage of the Company one owns that matters.  Of course they need to spend money to do it so that is a good sign for us retailers.  But someone in for 50+ cannot really average down much AND keep their percentage up without laying out a tonne of kash...  this is a game for high rollers....

somehow that reminds me of that sector that our fearless leader Justin Turdeau wants to legalize...:}
