RE:RE:RE:Reverse Stock Split in the works -- Can someone confirm???

Reverse split right now doesn’t make any sense. PHM needs a few quarters to improve revenue and reduce debt that will be reflected in higher and stable stock price. Look what happened with Inspira Financials( run before by Ed Brann ), LND stock went down after the company started trading on Venture, they did reverse split, isued more shares shortly after and stock kept falling down leaving long term shareholders with almost nothing. We don’t want to fall in this death trap.
