Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc. operates a United States Part 121 domestic flag and supplemental airline using the Airbus A320 family of aircraft (A320). Its passenger aircraft fleet is built on the Airbus A320-200 fleet family. Its cargo aircraft fleet is based on the Airbus A321 aircraft type. It operates within the United States, Europe, Canada, Central and South America.

RE:1st: Ops license 2nd:financing

You cant get the air operator certificate without planes , and that is difficult without financing. Maybe the LOI was an attempt to get the licence with out planes but if it fell through, back to the submission process
