RE:Interesting dayNot very likely.As shown yesterday, when some bigger buyers came in at the .09 level the shares were quickly replenished . Various theories why an apparent cap on this 1. none of the "negotiators"  want the price to get away from them based on tacit agreements which may have occurred. 2. we may in fact get an agreement as per previously poster to finance and drill further ( this arrangement would likely depress prices due to expectations of a buy out and a desire to minimize a fall from current levels which would produce a groundswell of complaint.)That said, they did say they are considering all options. Or maybe they want the big jump to occur when all the RE data is published to entice further interested parties.
