The next move upward
The next move upwardA lot of positive technical indicators are lining up here, leading me to believe we're about to see some nice upward movement soon.
1) 20 day moving average is converging up toward the 50 day moving average
2) The RSI is close to neutral (not overbought)
3) We bounced nicely off the 50 day moving average and appear to be headed toward the upper bollinger band ($1.62)
4) Shorts have increased their positions over the couple weeks, which will only propel us higher and faster once we breakout (though they'll be putting up a fight in the meantime)
Based on the technicals alone, I believe we'll be back in the $1.60's very soon. But in addition to the technicals, we should be seeing more updates soon regarding the rollout of product in Cali and online. So as more positive news hits the market, I believe we'll be seeing much higher levels yet. Holding tight as always. Good luck all.
