Looks like the train is leaving the station!

After a tough February and first half of March - this stock is starting to move. Plans are in place to fix the backlog and new CEO will have operational experience to achieve profitable growth. Huge rail demand now. This thing will be over $100 very quickly. Big opportunity now at unreasonably depressed price.
