Not sure where you got the 2 Million number to open a 1000 square foot facility that is leased. Geez, at that figure of $2000 a square foot you can buy land and build a palace with gold toilets. Leasehold improvements and associated costs as per the Q3 financials for the existing Chalice locations (and the 2 forthcoming locations) was only 4.8 million total.
