RE:Here is someone that could same you!This response is totally butchered. The market exclusivity is for a specific moitey and not a formulation (the total opposite to the response) making the rest of the argument proposed here moot.

Second, fat chance you'll be selling THC as a dietary supplement and even if this were possible, you could not put any health claims on this to suggest it was useful in the disease TBP just had the orphan-drug designation given for.

Clearly a lack of understanding of what an orphan drug is and the potential it can have.
