RE:RE:RE:RE:I will sue the writers of that misleading Story.Even if they have identified the people.They care two hoots. They have made their millions. It would be very difficult to prove it in the court. Remember it is freedom of speech. They have already spent millions in settlements. Would they spend more on legal issues? I guess people writing the article, had all the possibilities covered. They won't mind spending a few hundred thousands on defence.
I guess management has to lump it. 

Lot of unsuspecting retailinvestors must have fallen victim to this attack. It is still very difficult to figure out what is going on.

ANON and $79 has been selling over last six months. They published the article to buy back cheaper. Because of low volume tis trust can be easily mauled.

As diesman had said in one of his posts, it could be a group of people who pulled this off. Circumstances were ripe to do so.
