Why does this stock perform so differently? I know this is a commonly discussed issue, but why does this stock behave like this? If I compare Aphria and THCX, just two companies which I am also invested in, they have been on an upward trajectory for the past 30 days (with ups and downs) while WMD has actually gone down over this same time while it has only released good news and no bad news.
The other weird thing is that even before the January cross-sector decline, WMD was always, in my opinion, undervalued if we use other companies' production capacity and stock price as baselines to compare WMD with. Based on their material operations and future capacity, they are conservatively priced compared to other much higher-priced counterparts. This is why I invested in WMD and not others. It is essentially a great company with huge potential. You get more production output/sq ft per stock $. I know this is a crude way of comparing because there are other factors like supply deals and partnerships, but this is how I reasoned my investment (I am total novice) so is there something I am not seeing? I'm in this for the long run, but I just can't understand why there is such a lack of interest in this company. Can anyone with more experience/understanding of stock prices make sense of this?
