RE:RE:RE:RE:Rollback coming! The way i see it is this....Garth made it perfectly clear at the AGM that he's positioning the company for a future buyout. IMO....The share structure, whether 1 billion shares or 100 million shares means very little. If the company is sold for 2 billion dollars each share would be worth $2 a share or $20, If you owned 100 thousand shares your worth would be $200k. If they did the roll back/reverse split your shares owned would be 10k (at a 10-1) but those 10k shares would be worth the same at $20 per share.200k.....
If the goal was to continue to function as BBI, then it would make sense to do a reverse split to qualify for the Toronto exchange where the company would have a larger pool of institutions whose charter prevents them from buying pennyt stocks, and in some cases anything under 4$ or $5 a share
