Graph spin off..

Graph blockchain is one of my favourite components of DM. So I’m a little concerned from a shareholders standpoint that we would be receiving less ownership of Graph through the spin out. 1 graph share for every 20.. I guess this will depend on how many shares of graph are issued. I’m definitely not looking at owning less of Graph through this spin off. Can someone clarify for me please and thanks.
