RE:RE:Why not issue shares to existing shareholders....There is a difference if you can buy the shares @ 35 c and the commitment  to issue shares by the 
company @40 c. Because the act of company nearly guarantee UR is determine to carry on with
all might, it will give the signal share price will rise. By doing nothing, there might might be a chance
UR will go down further. Just think about it.
