Maybe the huge relief/release from the approval finally happening has caused a loss of patience.
Question. Would a new listing on NASDAQ be a opportunity for large shareholders/insiders to unload some shares? As well as new PP shares, institutions coming in to the stock can also get big blocks of shares from pre-existing large shareholders. SPCEO you looking for an exit for some of your holding? You're annual report had a big emphasis on a market correction. You looking to reduce your general exposure? Do I think you have ulterior motives? Yes. Do I think everybody has ulterior motives? Yes. Clearly you dont have to answer this, the working of your business are your own affair.
Obviously, I can't really answer that and treat my clients they way they deserve to be treated, but you should be able to tell from both our actions at Stewardship Partners and the words I have written that I believe holding TH long term is in the best interests of anyone who owns it. As for the market, if your read my commentary you probably also saw that it referred to our portfolios being hedged, which we still are. So, when the market falls and TH rises, we are in a very sweet spot and because we expect that to happen is precisely why we have things structured that way. On the market's worst day recently, we picked up over 4% on the index for our client''s in a single day as TH's stock price rose while the market fell by 3%+ that day. The absolute best thing that can happen for our client's portfolios right now is for the market to sell off and TH's share price to rise. I think there is a good chance it could happen as long as the sell-off is not a nasty, panicked one. If the market panics, then TH would get wrapped up in that too, unfortunately.
Apologies for the question it was WRONG to even ask about your business decisions, I was going to correct it but you answered anyway. I didnt want to suggest anything about you just the fact that the interests of large and small shareholders dont always align. People arent always correct on this board but I think its all done in good faith, almost unique for SH.
