RE:Long CBW holdersBB: Can you explain to me why you feel that CBW should have a much tougher road to travel as compared to all of the other weed companies.
Sounds as though you feel that CBW would have to sell $500M which should work out to a net profit of $300M (as based upon their 60% profit target) in order to have a market cap valuation of even $1B dollars. That would work out to a P/E ratio of only 3.3X which is well down even below all of the old line companies. and below the 15X which was taught to us back at school in the old non-tech days.
It should be pointed out that Canopy and Aurora are both sitting up their with market caps above $6B dollars and yet, Canopy's annual sales are still less than $100M while Aurora's are well well below even that figure.
So, from my point of view if they have real sales revenue of $500M with net profits of $300 per annum, my thinking is that their market cap would probably more likely be in the range of $5B from even a conservative point of view. Both fingers crossed here

If CBW sells $500 million in the next 12 months I think it's valuation will be at least $1 billion. If it sells $800 million then maybe $3 billion. If it sells $1 billion then I think it could touch $5 billion.
