Share Structure

Share Structure

Has anyone else looked into the share structure? Seems fairly bloated, especially with the split between common share and class A common shares. The class A shares are those held by U.S residents. Non-diluted there's 183-million shares O/S. Of that only ~50-mil shares are freely-tradeable due to the amount of shares held in escrow.

Fully diluted it doesn't look pretty with ~235-mil shares.

Even non-diluted that brings the market cap to $329-mil vs. $156-mil right now.
