RE:RE:yes or no

RE:RE:yes or noT64, all your points are valid or possible of course.

Other bidders lurking? well maybe but the fact they have presented Motorolas offer, make me think thats the best they ever had.  Motoroal is not into card access or video so this is a big leap for them.  they used to have Motoroal access cards but they went away.  so Honeywell, AMAG, Panasonic, Pelco.. havnt presented an offer that has made it to the stockholders!  i am "guessing" some have but they were all low.  If Motorola deal falls throught, i think price will take a good dive. It shouldnt but we all know shouldnt and will are different.

if as I suspect, it does tank after a no. the other offers, if they come at all, will not be much higher then the current.

i wholehardidly agree with tyour american doallr exchange factor.  that could sweeten the pie.

If it does tank, the team will be discouraged.  Like any new company, there has been a great deal of energy spent on getting it where it is and i am again guessing that many will welcome the sale of thier shares and retiremnt to warm climes and an easy life.  to walk into the office the next day and realise you may have another 4 years of slogging it, wont be too motivating.

if only James had come in a year ago, i would have made more money. damn!
