RE:RE:Cost per sq.ft for Grow operationIn the news release it stated they were going to build out phase 1, and would also be working on phase 2 and 3. Might be using some of the 35 mil to do some if the other phases prep work. Perhaps installing extra lighting ECT in the other phases to save some time and money to help future phases.
