Looking at who is buying this morning, it's some retail but also Morgan Stanley, BBS, Hampton, Leede, PI, Desjardins. I think there is some broader interest and the price looks good. Have been watching for a while and bought some today. I think it looks good ar this price point. US markets are sketchy this morning with the Dow down a bunch. However, I think it won't take long for a bit of run on this one.
