RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The work to acquire

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The work to acquire Mirage, after spending $50 million getting to this point on EW leased lands in western Romania, NIS has a pretty good sense of the oil and gas under the one million acres leased by EW. The results from their first well were better than expected. I wonder if Sidoo and NIS are talking about buying out EW's interest in the one million acres of leased lands in Western Romania? If so, they would want to keep it quiet, so as not to raise the price of the acreage in the surrounding area, should NIS look to buy or lease some of that land. NIS is in this for the long haul. Sidoo's interests are devoted largely to Lithium E & P. NIS, backed by $billions from Gazprom and the Serbian government could easily buy EW outright for $30 million or more. Keep in mind that at the present price of $0.08 (U.S.), EW's market capitalization is only about $7.5 million. For many EW shareholders, a buyout at $0.32 (U.S.) (four times the present market price) would be insufficient, as many have invested at over $1.00 per share and have waited many years for this moment. If NIS starts producing vast amounts of oil and gas from 24 or more wells on the million acres of EW leased lands, the production could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars. If there is a quiet period taking place now, it may be that NIS and Sidoo talking buyout of EW's lease interest in Western Romania or perhaps buyout of the whole company. I would appreciate your thoughts and that of anyone else on this message board. Vikingman.
