RE:Their company address is a condo!I just google earthed the address and see the same thing. 
You just need a mailing address to have a listed business in canada.
They dont need an actual office here. you just need to look like it. It's all for the paper work. Doesnt mean the business is run out of a bathroom like a meth lab lol
