RE:RE:Not sure about plantlet confusion

RE:RE:Not sure about plantlet confusionI posted a quote from the govt of Canada website last week. Openly stating they do not issue LPs prior to construction. Which tells me (IMO) that if they give you the go ahead to build, and you don’t have any skeletons in the closet, or fudge up, ur LP is basically a done deal. Hence why step 2 of licensing is the whole thing, the rest is fluff in my opinion as step 3 is LP. Then from there, Strains are already proven, just need to be grown and step 4 is just an inspection of site during cultivation to make sure security and record keeping are proper. Step 5/6 sales license are simply another visit to inspect packaging, handling, etc of finished product, and since sales channels are in the business model, Sales license just a stamp waiting for ink as well....................... “Licences are only issued once it has been determined that all information submitted demonstrates compliance with the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) and the facility has been built. Each application undergoes a detailed assessment and review, including in-depth security checks undertaken by the RCMP.”......... hope this helps
