money wasted on packaging

money wasted on packaginglooks like all the time and money to design an attractive packaging has gone to waste. Now they will need to redesign it to meet Health canada specs. I knew this would happen, and probaly happen in the US as well. just a bad use of money imo. packaging has to be plain and not attractive to kids, similar to cigarettes
