RE:interesting that deal is announced

RE:interesting that deal is announcedUS Global Investors is supportive of the deal while Waterton is non-committal trying to assess why CI and Sentry are supporting the deal. Interesting to note that several law firms have posted notices looking for investors who believe the takeover undervalues Klondex.

These lawyers are likely acting on behalf of some shareholders who are underwater and feel that assets are worth a lot more. That may very well be true, but Klondex did hire an investment bank to search out all opportunities and clearly, Hecla stepped up and was the most aggressive. So either go out and find another buyer that gives you the opportunity to participate in the upside,or sell your shares to the only bidder willing to step up.

These lawyers are clueless and have no idea it is the BOD responsibility to bring forward serious offers and then let shareholders decide. CI and Sentry have already told you what they think.
