Bishop exercised 143,333 warrants   and sold 75,000 shares.....   at about same cash value. 
so in fact, he's still long net 68,333 shares. plus what he already own.
so he did what most of us did,  sold what was the cost of his shares, and kept the balance free.  smart move.   that does not tell anything.
