Hey Dirty,

If you go back to Prohabition times....(when Canada was the first,to come out, then the States).....When Alcohol was selling to the publiic. The LCBO didn't exist.

Alcohol was servered out of pharmistes and drug stores out of paperbags if I remember correctly.

I see a Parallel to the prohabition of Marijuana, not only to that, but a corallation to the Gold rush. Where the money was made by the people that sold "picks, shovels, tents, can goods, banks, taverns,......the list is long.
