RE:guys, relax...Right, sweetnips, this is standard operating proceedure in some African countries. Essentially, they're looking for a payoff. It's fraud, but a way of life in some places. It will take a little time, but I'll be very surprised is this doesn't "go away" in the not-too-distant future.
