RE:Power Ore share dividends

RE:Power Ore share dividends(POC is a terrible acronym for it.  I hope that's not the listing symbol lol).

But through your holdings of ORX, you would effectively own double the amount your calculating (as you have ownership in ORX which has ownership of POC). So effective ownership rises to 1 POC for every 7.2 ORX shares owned at 25m shares, or 1 POC for every 6 shares at 30m.

I believe I heard in the SH interview that the POC shares were priced at $0.05/sh (correct me if I'm wrong).  If that's the case, the market cap of POC is only $1.5m, of which ORX continues to hold $375k of the amount. Realistically that's only a hit to ORX's share price of $1.1m, which is roughly $0.015/sh, or much less than what we've already fallen year to date.  I don't expect ORX's share price to fall significantly post-transaction, but we'll see if the market disagrees.
