My charts show the stock was active from 1986-Nov 1995, inactive from December 1995 - September 1998, was active again from October 1998 - November 2009, inactive again from Dec 2009-July 2014, and inactive again from October 2014- May 1st 2016 where it opened at 20 cents
 



I would be concerned if this company under the same mgmt has been inactive
a few times in the past  as indicated by the poster.   It is something for id’s investors to look into.
