I traded emails with the CFO this afternoon after conf call. The anticipated "double digit volume increase in 2018" should be interpreted as "at least 10%". Not that I was really expecting anything different :) Still means 2018 is expected to ~ 16% more volume than 2016.

I can wait - and as you say collect a very safe and reasonable dividend in the meantime.
