Where is the value in this company?

Where is the value in this company?Correct me if I am wrong, but the value is then only realized if they are able to find a buyer for whatever asset they own to someone who can get it out of the ground and mill it.
Is this correct?  If so, would one expect an increase in SP only upon a deal? Steven seems very upbeat, but it looks quite open-ended to me. After all this is a junior and the market is quite weak right now so the shares are very cheap now.
