The influence of our group is even larger, because EO and friends have 5%+ and will likely vote against any deal presented by the BoD. At that point, we really only need ~20% more to block a deal, which should be feasible, because AZX is such a widely-held company.

BTW, I shared on the ceo.ca board that you were collecting this information. So, they are at least aware we are trying to organize.
