All I'm asking is

Growprows spun off PhytoPain Pharma. Co-founders being Chamberland and Rancourt that where with Growpros (now Tetra) and still are......now shareholders are paying for the 10 million shares for the buy out....this seems a little strange....and I will dig deeper to see if there is wrong doing here.....is this right?
