Thanks for your work and post on the question.

So here are my homeworks done from our exchange.

SMARTMICH came out with a magic number: 10 000 per quarter/per patient. PooOPS, brrang a great point with the milestone payments. So lets bring back the cash coming in the bank for the second and third quarter. So 8 000$/ par quarter / per patient.
JAMESJak brings a good point with the example of FUZEON so lets build on that: it comes to approx. 750 patients for April-may-june (based on a 1500 patients for the first year). So 8 000$ X 750 = 6 000 000 $.

Conclusion: IN second quarter 2017, TH lost 3 739 000$. So 6 000 000 minus that number..................

POSITIVE: second quarter 2018: possible numbers of: 2 261 000 $.
