Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Write any conservative senator!

Write any conservative senator!https://sencanada.ca/en/senators/

This is a copy of my letter.

Dear Senator Plett,

As you are no doubt aware a very important vote today occurs in the Senate regarding the second reading of Bill 45.  I am a conservative and have always voted

conservative.  I also believe very strongly in democracy.  I believe that when we elect our politicians they should be representing us, not themselves, not their own beliefs

but the wishes of the Canadians that elected them.

Agree or not, Prime Minister Trudeau was elected with a mandate to legalize marijuana by the Canadian people.  It is NOT your job to thwart the will of the people

and more importantly as an UNELECTED member of government, it is of the utmost importance that you do not nullify the vote of every person in Canada who

voted for this mandate.

I would ask you reconsider your opposition to the will of the Canadian people and ensure that Bill 45 passes the second reading.

Respectfully
