RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:California operations$10/gram at RETAIL. He made it clear that he is talking about the full retail amount, not about Sunniva's share.

It IS a sales agreement but there is a partnership aspect in that sense that beyond the basic production cost, which Canopy will cover, the two companies will share the revenue.

Not sure I get your point about the Canadian facility? Either or scenario?
