Cerus only financed the drill, Vital was driller operator... blame where blame is due ! Now Cerus is financing Pot plays instead of oil, not as big a leap as you might guess. Cerus is guilty of abandoning the oil plan without letting its shareholders know. As some have said, the negotiatons on the new deal would have started several months ago, so we sat waiting for a fix that was never going to happen. Timing is still good for MJ plays, a little news and some real PR and we could easily be in the 20's ,IMO.
