re: sell-off today

re: sell-off today---UNCERTAINTY about the amount of tariffs the US is going to apply against Chinese imports AFTER the FED rate yesterday resulted in today's downward reaction. That was known! ---but once the mkt knows what sectors are going to be affected by the tariffs there should be a 'bounce' in the mkt this P.M., but China's reaction TOMORROW will send the mkt down again TOMORROW. ---VIX will be volatile today, tomorrow & possibly Monday. carlos
