RE:Does anyone suspec that...Are you asking me, since you put some question marks I don’t think the news is baked in at all, this is a highly speculative sector and with speculation comes a lot of volatility.  If he senate doesn’t pass it will leave big questions as to when or even I hate to say it ‘if’ it will be legalized.  This sector is not a normal sector it is literally thriving and in a bubble due to the unknown reward/risk factors that are baked into the prices.  Every legit stock broker, analyst and financial friends I have are all staying away from this sector for those exact reasons.  It’ll be the high schoolers, get rich over night thinkers, and retail who will be left holding the bag when all is said and done if things don’t go according to plan.  The stock valuations all across the sector are at obsurd valuations, to tell me things will remain the same tomorrow and next week If the bill does t get passed is very wishful thinking I believe.

If bill gets passed than great, no worries, I won’t be worried even if some minor delays but legislation must be clear before we see any true gains in this sector and if unclear than say bye bye, the sector is still very high and can easily fall over quick.  Man has anyone been here in the dot com bubble or seen stocks that trade based on legislation.  They can make it or break it, save your wishful thinking for the lottery, this ain’t a lottery.
