RE:RE:delayed legalizationI believe foreign governments will look to capitalize on Canada's impeding journey towards legalizing recreational cannabis the same way Canada sought to capitalize when the United States began stumbling in their pursuit. I'll attempt to draw a benefit  from a delay. 

The rest of the members of the Mercosur trade bloc will expedite legislation for the use of medical cannabis. This would then increase supply agreements, encourage the idea of expanding production capacities and pressure Uruguay's Ministry of Health to accelerate processing and approving cannabis related requests, specifically, ICC's. 

I would expect ICC to have a faster recovery than the rest of the licensed producers in this sector once the dust is settled. 

Just trying to shine some light on a red day.
