No movement at 1.40$

No movement at 1.40$With the lack of volume, shorts should all over PLI but they are not.
At 1.40 with the FDA approval just around the corner, longs should be buying but they are not.
Could a big pharma be working on a deal based on the 1.40$ sp with a 40 or 50% premium, at let's say 2.00$ or 2.10$ making an opportunistic push to buy PLI? In similar situation, with start-up companies that are cash strapped, you often seen deals made that make everybody unhappy but that still get done (aka Ithaca Energy in O&G last year...). Opinions? GLTA
