Going to take another stab at thisAs pissed off as one gets given all the spin around the vote later today..when looking at this realistically..I beleive this bill will get passed..it most likely will be close for sure..but if it doesn't, then Justin Trudeau may just as well start writing his farewell speech because his credibility is going down the crapper. He promised legislation by summer, and has said it publicly on more than one occasion..if he can't deliver and make it happen..he is going to be a one trick pony..I'm thinking that maybe a lot of what is going on today is posturing, and giving some senators and parliamentarians a chance to load up on some more cheap shares before the legislation gets passed..There is far too much riding on a vote like this than to have senators who do the voting, currently sitting in different geographic regions of the country to attend "committee meetings" lol..as if they couldn't be rescheduled because of the magnitude and importance of this C45 Bill.Seems pretty bizarre that any committee meeting couldn't be postponed or rescheduled to a more opportune time, and allow them to be present in Ottawa to vote on a vote that is going to reshape Canada forever..kind of strange I would think that that would ever be allowed to happen (although I did hear on CBC radio about an hour ago that plans were being made to fly back independents in time for the vote)..so it begs the question..why were they not all made to be present for the vote..who controls the protical for the Senate anyway..There is a lot at stake here..but the more I think about it, it will be passed..If not...you can count on it being political suicide for Trudeau..GLTA....let's revisit this tomorrow and hope this stock is trending up nicely in the green
