RE:2 million share bid

Technicals dictate a 50% rally. I thought it would have been 10 cents back to 15 but that was a shot in the dark that never even whimpered. 4 cents back to 6 could leave them hung out to dry one more time.. I still say the pot news right before the blowout rally to 36 when pot stocks took off was well orchestrated on many levels not just here but in real pot stocks also. How is the whole Senate wont pass the pot legislation working out?
