Inter Pipeline JV

Inter Pipeline JVMaybe Inter pipeline and Tidewater will become partners in a Polypropanol facility, Tidewater has 600 acres of industrial land to build on, inter pipeline is looking for a site (maybe they found something by now). And a rail spur in or near that area.
Could be a shot gun wedding.
