RE:RE:RE:CEO ALSO A BOARD MEMBERHe doesn't understand markets. He doesn't understand that the job of a CEO is to create value for shareholders. He doesn't understand that his silence is probably wiping of f half the market cap. He doesn't understand the importance of market cap when he talks to potential cleints. I assume his thinking is that the stock price does not matter in the short term, that the market will realise the company's value if he delivers the numbers; what he's failing to understand is that clients will be much more reluctant to deal with a $45M market cap company than they would be if we were a $100M market cap. He doesn't understand that if someone like Tacacsy gets tired of holding and reporting dismal returns for his own fund decides to dump the stock, it would spell disaster for our stock price, and which could potentially start a downward spiral just like the Goldfinance sales did. In his mind he's a great CEO of a great company, whereas he's an underperforming CEO of a sh*tty little microcap. He's making money for himself and probably having a blast running the company as his own, probably loving going into his office every morning and getting his coffee served to him by a pretty little secretary. What he doesn't realise is he will go down in history as the CEO who failed to create any value when he'll finally be kicked out by the Caisse or Tacacsy once they get fed up. I can't wait. I think he's a great salesman and did very good things for te company, but he's just not able to lead us to th next level, he should recognise that and step down an take a back seat role. Clinging to power when you're underperforming is akin to robbing shareholders.
