Delays

DelaysI am no lawyer but I believe that the "delays" (July 24) is all because of EO in the first place.
When a company puts itself up for potential sale/merger etc., the CEO is required to cooperate and sign and agree to opening up the company books etc.  He is and was obviously against any potential
deal or suitors that would take away his "life-style".  So the "process' of putting together any deal would have started after he was no longer CEO, which caused these delays, not the current BOD.
